Effective date: September 20, 2026. Mongoose Wisdom Avatar is a product of Mongoose Labs, operated by Mongoose Athanor LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

The service

Zephyrus is a free wisdom/advice companion provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial use. Responses -- whether drawn from the static quote database or generated live via "AI Counsel" -- are for reflection and entertainment, not professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

No warranty

This app is provided without warranty of any kind. AI Counsel responses are generated by a language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or simply wrong -- treat them as a starting point for your own thinking, not a source of truth.

Acceptable use

Don't use automated tools to send high-volume automated requests to AI Counsel -- it's rate-limited and shared infrastructure.

Intellectual property

Zephyrus's design, writing, and code are the property of Mongoose Athanor LLC.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
